Union Pig & Chicken - A Common Plot Of Land Cocktail

Wednesday night of Restaurant Week was my first trip to a Kevin Sousa restaurant, at Union Pig & Chicken. They share a bar with Harvard and Highland (located upstairs), so I had the Common Plot of Land cocktail with dinner. (Bourbon, rye, Luxardo, & smoked-onion Fernet Branca.)
