We have a TON of rhubarb. In addition to my favorite rhubarb berry cinnamon muffins, I made a rhubarb chutney pork. While the recipe made way more chutney than we needed, it was delicious! Savory and sweet and nice! (Also, roasted cauliflower and Mexican street corn. YUM.)
