Great shot. I like the fall foliage showing up, lining the locks. First time we went there my boyfriend thought the bridge in the background was broken. So now I always make fun of him when we visit.
I love the way that drawbridge looks like a clip that will pinch all the lines together. This looks like a place my friend in Seattle took me where we saw a seal waiting for fish to shoot out through the dam so he could eat them. There was also a staircase for fish to swim upstream and you could watch them do so through windows. This might not be the place, but it reminds me of a very cool outing.
