On Tuesday I travelled to Nottingham with colleagues for the cricket match at Trent Bridge, the following day. Before moving to London last summer I spent 5 years living around Leicester, Derby and Nottingham so it was nice to have a wander round the city again. I was snapping various things but the sunlight reflecting onto the bricks shown here looked great. I haven’t really caught it well, and was running out of time so only managed this. I would have preferred more time as the light was just about to get really nice toward sunset, but hey ho!
