This is the view from my fairway camera position on the 2nd hole in Doha, Qatar the week before last. It is a very interesting course with lush green grass and palm trees but it also features a lot of desert rocks and sand spread across the course. The towers behind have been going up over the last few years and I hope to be going back over the years to see how it develops.

1 - Great run in the morning before breakfast, along the Corniche in Doha
2 - Smooth derig of everything after finishing the coverage of the Qatar Masters
3 - Drinks and food in the hotel bar that evening with some colleagues
