After a nice run along the beach this evening before dinner I grabbed my camera and snapped some shots of the lovely evening light. The sunset was awesome and yet again I was running and enjoying it, but ultimately not taking photographs of it. But it doesn't matter as I managed to soak it up while running and it helped to keep me going.

2 - Great to hear form my best mate and his wife, that the wedding gift of Afternoon Tea at The Savoy in London was worth it
3 - Lovely run along the seafront this evening
