Sitting in a field as you do, thinking to myself, it's damp, freezing, I can't feel my fingers and toes! Why do I do this? Then the Hares turned up. I got a close encounter with this one as I don't think he was expecting and stupid photographers to be out in this weather. It was OK for him though! He had a fur coat on.
He's so lovely, it's really nice to see such a great shot......welcome to 365, I've not been here very long but the people are so nice and friendly that I feel ' at home '.
@stevejacob you're welcome.
I know exactly what you mean, I can manage the basics but I'm still learning too, I'm sure you'll get the hang of it really quickly.
@stevejacob -- I know, but they are so wonderfully clear in focus and have such interesting body postures. How long do you sit and wait? Are you like those people who sit in bird blinds for hours at a time? (thanks for the follow back)
I don't use hides. Just a camo jacket and the natural bushes and grasses but I do spend hours out there and I do a lot of research. If you wait in silence for long enough, something will turn up
