OK, time to get back to our trip around the northwestern United States. This picture is a sunset at Henry's Lake. We have been there quite a few times and I always get pretty pictures because it is such a pretty place! But - the wind and the mosquitoes will probably keep us from going back. At first you think it is unusual but after a while, you realize it is normal and always there. And no matter how lovely the place, it you can't go outside without being eaten alive, why go? So now I will just enjoy my pictures and my memories of it!
I we get to enjoy your beautiful view of it without the pesky mosquitoes - would think the wind would keep them away. What a shame. But what a lovely sunset shot you got .
@milaniet Ha ha, Milanie! Yes, the wind does blow them away but the wind itself is miserable and when it leaves, the mosquitoes return. But there are good days when we love it there! Just not enough of them.
