Katie has begun getting up during the night and going outdoors. (she has a doggie door) I can't figure it out. She just lays out there and enjoys. Has anyone else heard of a dog who is nocturnal?
She looks lovely. Jake next door would stay out all night if they let him. My Lindi has developed a new hobby since her twin died in January & stands shivering at the open door (it's flipping cold here for that still!) for as long as we can bear the chill. Who knows what goes in in a dog's head?

What a sweet dog- I don't know any dog psychology but I'm wondering if it could be a change in life thing? I know some women have problems sleeping when they hit menopause- maybe dogs can have something like that happen too. I would type that question in google and see what answers come up.
@olivetreeann I took your advise and Googled it. Having to go pottie seems to be the answer but I see her just sitting on her little seat watching the dark world go round. I am thinking she is just weird! BTW - she is not yet 2 so no change of life yet!
