Kirby has been trying to make a sourdough bread that met his satisfaction for a very, very long time and I think he finally got it. I have heard "If it doesn't work this time, I am giving up." more than once. Isn't it beautiful? I am so happy for him. It took a lot of work and a lot of hours but I think he got it finally!
