Zentangle

I know I have been gone for a long time and I miss all of my 365 friends. If you have wondered what I have been doing - this is it. If you have not been introduced to it, it is called Zentangle. I attended a class last March and have been hooked on it ever since. Of course I have shared with you my very favorite piece and won't show you the ones that I am not proud of. I am as far from being artistic as a person can get but this form of art is quite easy even for the likes of me. It is done with ink on a small card approximately 4 inch square and then a pencil is used for shading. If you are interested you can google - Zentangle. It is worldwide. If I can do this - anyone can!!!
I love the patterns! Looks great!

Cool pattern- I think my friend Joann in Missouri would like this if she isn't already doing it. Good to see you back!

@allie912, @suesmith I hope you have looked it up! There is so much out there an lots on Facebook. I had just one quick lesson and the rest has been just from a couple of books (Amazon) and looking and reading online. Try it!! It takes little space and is inexpensive.

@ludwigsdiana Diana, this is all done by hand. I do research on the internet but there are plenty of books out there and all supplies can be found online. You really only need the card stock, pens and a pencil. I hope you can try it. It is so fun!

This is gorgeous! I thought it was a texture on something you'd come across in a silver shop! Beautiful!
