This is the water that we would never come to take for granted during our 4 month stay in the Bahamas. It wasn't always warm and sometime it was rough but it was always beautiful!
Because of the weather we ended up staying on Bimini for over a week and made lots of new friends with other boaters and enjoyed the quaintness of the island and the friendliness of the locals.
That water is just breathtaking! I absolutely love the variations in color. I don't think you'd ever be able to get me to leave! This shot looks to me like it could have been a scene straight out of Lost.
Friendliness is the key word. I find that the people in that part of the world are so friendly..always a smile and a good word. love to visit and stay a while but usually I'm only there on a stop off when on board a cruise ship
