What's scary about it... it looks fine to me.

@misschuff - The residents were scary. There was a drug dealer that lived above us. There were domestic disputes all the time. The police were at this complex a few times a week.

Lol. Why would a drug dealer live in a apratment?

@redgamer - because it's government subsidized. You're reported income is really low as a drug dealer, so you can qualify and get cheaper rent.
