@bobfoto - I just used drops of water with food coloring into a cup of water. No object was dropped into the water.

@bobfoto - We'll I've been working with water drops for over 7 years and only recently have been able to get stuff like this. Here's one of my early shots -- http://365project.org/sudweeks/365/2005-03-17

I gotta try one of these.

@cameronknowlton - they are fun, but very time consuming, and may shorten the life of your shutter.

I do long exposures on my new D600 and old D90 all the time, and im learning time lapse... I'm not concerned with duty cycle. Can't wait to try these.

oh WOW !! ...

Following my partners pull out for get pushed challenge Northy suggested we pair up, so for your challenge I would like you to spell a word or write a sentence using photographs of letters, words, and objects found in your environment. Have fun

Here are a few examples: http://365project.org/ericaw/365/2012-06-28 http://365project.org/smevvy/themes-and-comp/2012-02-29

Hope this is OK, and look forward to my challenge

@3whiteroses - This is not easy shot to capture. The hardest part is getting the spacing between the two drops of water right. I have a valve hooked up to an Arduino microcontroller that does that for me.
