I played around with water drops some more. This time I added rubbing alcohol hoping to get the water thinner, but by doing that the water didn't hold together at all after the collision.

I love your splashes. It's something I'd like to play with but know very little about. I gain inspiration from seeing yours and know, one day, I'll figure this out! :) This is beautiful!
@voiceprintz - Thanks. I've have a little arduino microcontroller with an electronic valve set up to drop the water and trigger my flash, so capturing the collision takes a little bit of configuring, but it makes a ton easier than trying to use a manual dropper.
