It was a record breaking warm day ... a perfect day to get the boat out of the water for the winter. About two hours after this shot was taken, we were enjoying a turkey dinner. A wonderful day! Happy Thanksgiving!
Lovely fall day, it seems! Also seems like a great part of the northern hemisphere had summer stay a bit later this year! Fall is definitely here the last few days, however.
Anne beautiful Fall shot and Happy Thanksgiving. We used to have a summer house on a lake in the mountains of Pennsylvania and always had to get the boat out of the water before winter too. One year I waited too long and had to ride the boat a long way to storage in freezing, and I mean freezing weather. So good you got it done.

Happy Thanksgiving, Anne! I always forget that you guys celebrate it at a different time. Your celebration seems way more appropriate to harvest than ours. You get to go boating...we trudge through snow in Vermont to cut down a Christmas tree the day after the turkey. Beautiful capture!
