Apparently the Christmas village needed some tweaks. Our granddaughter visited and the first thing she did when she got here was move a chair over to the mantle and start shifting things around. She still giggles when she opens the outhouse door and a surprised [and naked] Santa is standing there! The outhouse is the tiny one on the extreme right. She started with the chair at that end of the display. lol
Many thanks for dropping by. It was interesting to read so many comments on yesterday's pics, mentioning on how cold it looked in the pics. We actually broke a record for warm temps, hitting double digits, Celsius. I guess that's still cold for a lot of you and I'm very envious of that!!!! I'm not a winter person at heart!
That is so cute. Grandchildren to like to handle those kinds of things. It is a beautiful Christmas Village. I've not gotten my out in several years but it make we want to dig that box out of the attic.
So cute. We had a wooden manger scene and I loved to sit and rearrange that when I was little. It is so magical at that age... I love the girl's stlyes now, btw, with the sweater or corduroy dresses over tights...and the big boots. So cute.
I love this photo and I'm so glad you are enjoying your granddaughter the same way I'm enjoying mine! Um, that outhouse...priceless. You must take a close up photo of that because I'd really love to see it.
your grandchildren must love coming to your beautiful home
Adorable shot, Anne ~
