This is one of the flowers yesterday's robin was sprinkling as he/she dried off from bath time. The buds [seen here in the background] and the seed pods are as interesting as the blooms.

while i love the normal red poppy, i also love the other colours, especially the light pink ones. i also found a white poppy at some point. i also found a small variety at another garden i passed by. love the perspective of this shot. very lovely, anne.
