"David" is one of the few tall phlox in the gardens that does not get mouldy leaves this time of year. I'd probably keep it even if it did, as I love the white blooms. I've been ripping out the others for the most part --- I'll leave a couple just for some August colour.
We've been getting rain for the past week, where we hadn't had more than a few drops in 7 weeks. It's the driest season in many decades.
Beautiful white phlox, nice shot. All your August flower shots are wonderful. We have been having so much rain this summer, today is cool only 15C now and threatening to drizzle all day.
