On Tour

Here's one of two families of Canada geese we've been watching.

And here's a short clip of both familes in action, if you're interested. I've never seen their necks move quite like this! https://youtu.be/hay-U7xTSug

And unlike the geese above, which are very skittish and head out as soon as they see us off in the distance, here's a clip from a couple of years ago of some geese who couldn't care less whether we're there or not. That's Barry out in the middle of their parade: https://youtu.be/DHCEbjUB16s

Many thanks for dropping by.
A fabulous capture.

Mum, Dad and the kids - what a large brood; it's no wonder that these birds are so ubiquitous and prolific. Thanks for the link to the clip too - fascinating to see.

What a brood! Really nice shot with the water movement - you're right about them taking off as soon as you round the bend - excellent eye-sight!!

What a great capture, Anne. Will have to come back and check your links. What a huge family of geese. No wonder we see them everywhere. FAV

I love the links, Anne. Everywhere we look there are Canadian Geese and a lot of them. Have never seen so many babies though.
