45 minutes paddling up river into a stiff head wind, hoping to coast back home but no, the wind changed and while the current was going gently towards home, the breeze was pushing me back so there was no coasting to be done! Pretty good work out! ;-)
Think of it as an extra good work-out?? Beautiful scenery. Between the clouds and the water movement you definitely get the feeling of those conditions.
