Food Washing!

When we returned to the cruise ship after visiting the Shibaozhai Pagoda, we saw these workers / vendors WASHING food in the river! The red board in the lower left hand corner is the beginning of the ramp onto our boat. So close! Seeing them in action reinforced why I avoided fresh fruit and veggies on the trip. None of the tap water there is drinkable so imagine the state of the river water!
