This is a Christmas card I bought for my sister. The design is made of tiny narrow strips of paper that are 'quilled' [rolled, coiled and shaped] together. For this card, most of the petals are two rolls each. The yellow parts of the flower are one roll each. It was handmade in Vietnam.
I've been buying these cards for several years, for various occasions and various people, and I wish I had taken a pic of all of them. About 10 years ago, I made some too, and I don't even have pics of those! With covid19, this one will have to go in the mail - fingers crossed.
