Surviving Spring Snow

Until I took this pic, I was not aware that magnolia trees would grow so close to home. Fittingly, I found it near the very rare cormorant that I posted yesterday. The blooms had been covered with snow a few hours earlier.
Maybe cormorants like to be close to magnolias!! :-)
