Seriously, I used to be pretty much into mythology, especially those of ancient Greece and Egypt. Even took this one course at the university about ancient mythology as well as studied some latin but I´m past all that now. Only have these tiny statues I´ve bought from my trips to Greece and Egypt to remind me of the interest I used to have.
I really like this. It tells a story, in its own way. And the little white statues are beautiful. Are they the Three Graces, or Aphrodite in various poses?
@mercuria Thank you Ariel. The one on lthe left I believe is shy Venus, the one on a right is sold to me as a Afrodite. I do have the classic Birth of Afrodite statue as well but it´s not white and it´s slightly bigger so it wouldn´t have fitted very well with the black Anubis.
