Country idyllic

I was driving through a country side today and I just had to pull over to take this pic ( and risk being hit by a truck -the things we do to get photos! ).
Lovely farm setting...the composition rocks and the red pops..I get to see your scenery...love it!

@eevarita Thank you Eeva. Yes it´s very finnish to me too but not homely since I´ve always lived near cities. This makes me think all those summers spent in country side with my grandparents thou.

I love those colours, that vivid red against the field of corn and the blue sky is very striking! Great composition and I really understand why you had to stop and risk the traffic to take this image!

I like the way the silos and tree line appear to be the same height. The carpet of straw is cool to. Very crisp shot and nice find Susale. My friend @jsw0109 is the barn master.
May 12th, 2013
@adamj Thank you Adam, will check your friend´s barns out

that tall structure is very interesting. I would have had to take a picture too (and probably would have taken the risk of being hit by a truck as you had---yes... the things we do for a photo!)
May 12th, 2013
@jsw0109 Thank you Jeff, yes one does do most extraordinary things just to get a shot, but as long it´s all worth it, it´s all good.
