Suse, I have looked at many of your images. I am in AWE. You have a undeniably brilliant way of exploring things that is evocative and intriguing.
I believe that I shall challenge you to bring this strength to the inside as so much of your work is outdoors. Show and explore some inside daily activity. The prep before or the cooking of a meal perhaps? I look forward to seeing how you use your style inside.
@joysabin Thank you for your kind words and thank you for your comments on my pics, I am sorry I didn´t get a chance to comment any of yours due time issues but I will get back to that. Thank you for the challenge, very true that mostly I shoot stuff outside so I will do my best to bring my work inside.
@yaorenliu That´s a great interpretation. This is part of this wooden decoration that I have hanging on my wall. This one Finnish artist does these out of old wood and old lace etc. For me it´s a reminder it´s a reminder that something used can still be good for something, out of something old something new can be created. For me the love still is waiting, somewhere...and since my heart is not a new one but used, quite few times actually, my heart is like this old piece of wood waiting to be used for something beautiful.
Beautiful image and textures. I loved reading your reply to @yaorenliu. A heart is never a piece of wood - just waiting for the right person to come along. I'm sure he will come very soon.
@sangwann Thank you Dione. It is also about letting the love enter one´s life and i am not really letting it in at the moment. I am enjoying my independence and I am concentrating on myself, there´s a part of me that don´t want to loose that so there´s a part of me that is closed for love....but as a eternal romantic I keep on hoping things will be different some day
Love the processing and the textures - they look like cookies! I see from your comment above that they are wooden, so I don't think I want to try and eat them. :-)
