Today has been the kind of a day when life has given me some lemons and I have tired my best to remember all that I have learnt in mindfulness classes etc. to make lemon juice out of it so to speak, but I seam to have lost the recipe. At the end of the day the best I can come with is an old pic of a sun flower to cheer me up. And it doesn´t really work.
