"what no polo mints?"

He came over to say hello but soon gave up when he realised I had no treats for him!
Very frustrated that I don't yet have enough editing skills to remove that annoying twig that has crept into the picture.........need some time to work it out!

Lovely shot.

Another beauty.

There's just something about horses... I love the sky through the trees in the background.

Beautiful light on the horse - the colors are so compatible. Guess that's the one biggie I've enjoyed learning with Photoshop - how to remove twigs and power lines!

Great capture of the colours in his coat. Love the angle of his head

Love this shot! The colors are great and the pose is a real winner.

Love this. So nice the way he looks so shiny smooth. Perfect lighting.

I think this is the essence of horse! You can do 'clone and heal' on FastStone - which would remove the twig - not difficult. (It's probably annoying you most!)

He looks so sweet! Love the DOF drawing attention to this guy's face.

Hey Susie, you can do it really easily and quickly using the patch tool is PS (I removed my weed in my most recent shop using that) It looks like a patch, is in the box with the spot remover. Just draw round what you want to remove and drag over to what you want to replace it with (sky/grass etc) hope this helps! xx

*shot, not shop lol

An alternative is the clone tool in any editing program is you don't have PS. The twig in in an area that has enough bokeh that cloning would work as well. I've not ventured into PS yet. That's next on my list of things to do!

Very nice, Susie. I like the angle of his head rather than straight on or from the side.

How heart broken. Bring him over and plenty treat here.

Amazing shot! =)

This is lovely!

Lovely light and texture. I think the simplest way to remove the twig in PS would be to use the spot removal tool--it works for lines too. Just set the tool so that the area covered is a little wider than the line you want to remove, drag it along and over the line (the twig in this case), click, and the distraction vanishes.
