"PS Emmylou"... by tellefella

"PS Emmylou"...

the paddle steamer" Emmylou" is one of the few remaining river boats still working the murray river...it's docked here at the Port of Echuca and draws a crowd when it steams out of town...
A great capture of the last remaining paddle steamer. Love the use of sepia to give age to the shot. A lovely interesting photo, glad you're having a great time.

Cool image John. The toning certainly suits the antique subject too.

Great nostalgic feel to this image! Did you go for a ride? We have an old paddle boat on the Willamette River in Salem (reminds me to get a photo)...but since they no longer dredge the river it isn't able to navigate very far. Used more for events and river dining.

How neat is this? That sepia tone works so well to show off this historical beauty!
