On the way home from work, I pass a reserve where the gentle sport of archery is practised. I have often thought, "I should stop and get a photo". God knows why cause it was freakin' cold outside, but today became that day! These wonderful chaps happily obliged once I explained how much we have in common - you know - they shoot arrows, I shoot photos!
Man, technology sure has come a long way in Bow & Arrow land. Whatever happened to just using a bent willow branch and a length of string as a bow? Now they have all the bells and whistles and don't resemble a bow that much at all. But, these guys were skilled. Lots of bullseyes.
