Port Melbourne

This was taken earlier in the week when I met up with Sharyn and Terry, fellow 365er's, and we went to Princes Pier. This is looking back towards the city from the end of Station Pier where the cruise ships and The Spirit of Tasmania dock. The haziness is from recent bushfires surrounding Melbourne.

Such a shame with the fires. I used to live in southern California and we went through that so very often there. As a matter of fact, they are right now as well. Very nice cityscape.

Wow what a story the haze from the bush fires tells. I worked at Port Melbourne briefly about 25 years ago. It has become very trendy now I believe.
