This is taken below the Cape Disappointment Light House on the Washington Coast, just North of the mouth of the Columbia River. During a King Tide the waves come into this small cove and make very impressive waves. Catching it under the lighthouse and cliffs is a "must have" photograph for Pacific Northwest Photographers!
