The Missus and I went to the Dutch Gap Conservation Area today to go for a walk on an unseasonably mild December day. Our meanderings took us across a footbridge over a channel in the James River. The bright midday sun cast a harsh but really photogenic shadow on the water.
The Missus is the one on the left, meaning, of course, that I'm the one not on the left.
