A strong storm blew through the Hampton Roads area. It brought a bit of rain by some strong and sustained winds. After the skies cleared I went down to Sandbridge Beach and found this scene.
The waves were tall, and they were pounding the beach hard and fast. The high tide was so high that some of the waves were reaching the barrier dunes.
The storm clouds that caused these are seen here moving out over there Atlantic.
