Dissolving Christmas Tree

Many years ago the Missus and I were at a hotel that had a fairly large gift shop. There were Christmas decoration being sold and this one caught our eye. We bought it the next day on our way out and it has been a holiday accent piece ever since.

@maggiemae I just think the little balls look like they have broken free of the main trunk and are floating away, like it's dissolving.
