Kabocha Squash

This is a kabocha, a type of winter squash, sometimes known as a Japanese pumpkin. I spotted this at our local international grocery.

The distortion at the edges is due to my wide-open aperture (f1.8), giving a narrow depth of field, and the kabocha's concave shape.
