I had a photography group meet-up tonight so I couldn't put my kids to bed like I usually do. I had to sneak in to say goodnight :)
This is my first attempt at getting a shot of either kid sleeping. I am so afraid I will wake them up. I'm not very happy with this, but I did learn from some of my mistakes if I ever want to try it again (which I'm not sure if I'll have the guts to do or not...waking a sleeping toddler is not the best idea!).
So sweet Tina. I always find it hard to get the focus right in their dark room. You should try again, I'm sure once they're properly asleep you won't wake them up (I've always been worried too but I've never actually woken anyone, and I've done this a lot ;) )
@kiwichick You were my inspiration to try this! I actually tried the little one first and woke her up after one shot :( I should have known better...she is a much lighter sleeper than him. I will probably try again but not for awhile!
@tina_mac Oh dear. It took me a while to try the littlest. K sleeps right through the loud clunk of the shutter, but now they are both good. My eldest sleeps on a top bunk so I haven't worked out how to get him!
