We started a gluten free diet this week for half our family, so today we tried some gluten free baking for the first time. Let's just say it is a work in progress.
My oldest son was allergic to wheat. That was 30 years ago, when you couldn't buy gluten free. We experimented with so many flours! You just have to get used to new tastes and textures. Good luck!
