I must confess I am a foodie ! This is a photo of my first phase of making a wonderful winter stew/soup. Added to the above celery, onions, carrots, pork and secret delectable spices, seasonings, a little sherry and water, and turned the crock pot on! simmered all day and the house filled with the wonderful aroma, popped a cork and viola! Yum!
