Starting a Dive

Not sure if this is a Merlin, Sharp Shinned Hawk,
some other hawk or falcon. Only had my oly m 4/3 camera and 60mm lens (120mm ff) , Had to crop and process the raw file to retain the detail.
Liked the action in this shot.
