Terrific capture! I see the little black bird there...was it attacking the heron? The reason I ask is the other day I heard heron make a horrible squawking sound (never have heard a heron before, really don't want to hear it again) and when I looked he was flying away with a red winged blackbird hot on his heals.
not follow it. No attack, both just spooked by the photographer.
