Spring: Warm Sun, Cool Air, Cold Wind

On the Stone Arch Bridge, First day of sunshine in a couple weeks, the air temp was around 49 F degrees, but the sun was warm. People were out enjoying the day in a variety of clothing reflecting their activity and perceptions of the day.
