I think it's smart to get the outside decorating done before the cold weather moves in....just don't light em up til after Thanksgiving please!! :)

These should be pretty reflected in the water. The town/county public works workers have so much to do that it's not surprising they have to get a headstart on decorating since the lights often go on at Thanksgiving or shortly after.
