I have just been sitting down reflecting on how grateful I am to be feeling so much stronger and healthier than what I have been the past couple of years.
Today I enjoyed a day of catching up on washing and cleaning... which isn't actually finished yet... but I have had inspiration to get more organised. That feels nice.
Grief is hard.. but when the light hits in moments like these I want to remember that the valleys in life don't last forever and there are new memories to be made....
