For a person who was born and raised in a city that did not exist before 1703, dates like are still mind-blowing. The Palace of Malia, the second-largest on Crete. A day of exploration, getting lost in ancient walls that look like labyrinths and lots and lots and lots of scorchingly hot sunshine.
Yes, that is mind blowing. Very nice shot.

Ancient ruins make you imagine life in another time. I love your composition of this big pot and the ruins in the background. (My city is barely 100 years old!)
