We decided to go on a hike to the casle Teck near Stuttgart - to take advantage of the last fall days. Here were are at the start - with the castle on top being the goal. It was insanely beautiful in the woods, especially before the sun disappeared for the day.

For your challenge this week, how about multiplicity? There are lots of really fun examples online. And if you want to kick it up a notch, try an image with multiplicity and a Halloween or harvest theme. Sound OK?

Thank you so much for your lovely colors - the real beauty was once you enter the forest with the carpet of golden leaves, the crazy light among the stems and the golden crowns on top. And yes - everyone did make it to the top, ate at a restaurant overlooking the glider planes doing their rounds, and climbed the tower and then walked back to the car. Lovely day.

Thank you so much for your comments! It was a magnificent walk!
Francoise @francoise - I know that this picture doesn't really show off the woods. But once we got in, I only snapped a couple of golden-light-filled pictures of kids and then opted out for just enjoying the hike. The beauty was just everywhere, mainly in the golden-drenched air. I am sure a nature photographer would be able to spend a lot of time there making it all look special in the pictures. But I also had to keep up with the two energetic kids who were still exciting about hiking - even thought it was a steady climb all the way up! :)
@vstap@amandal@phil_howcroft@joansmor Thank you so much for stopping by - I have left this without a "thank you" for a while now, and coming back and looking at it just makes me happy I am a part of the 365 - such a great memory catalogue, and this picture took me right back to our trip.
