I was passing by the main square with the Christmas market today, and the little puppet baker at the gingerbread stand was entertaining masses of kindergarteners with songs and dances. And then treated them all to gingerbread cookies. It is always amazing to see so many kid's eyes glowing with excitement.
Thank you for visiting!
Time was when gingerbread was used for something more sinister , if I remember my Grimm brothers correctly...Sorry to put a downer on you pic blame @graemestevens....
@jack4john Well, John... I could cut and paste Graeme @graemestevens into the background, that would bring up the sinister-ity a bit :) That would also explain then why the puppet suddenly gasped and put a hand onto his face!
Thank you so much for stopping by and leaving a comment! These days, I feel like I am repeating myself in what I am shooting, as it involves a lot of children doing some kind of Christmas activity (also in upcoming pictures, there will be kids staring at activities at a medieval Chritmas market).... But the fact is, it's going on everywhere these days, an no matter where you look, there are kids laughing at magic shows, smiling at puppet theaters, drooling over waffles and fruit coated in chocolate etc etc.... with the eyes aglow. You can't help but keep taking pictures of this!
