Lens Fund

I asked for contributions to my "lens fund" for Christmas. Got this :) These are dollar bills, so it looks more impressive than it is :)

Thanks for visiting.
Great idea!! I hope you got enough!

Fun capture! I know you shoot with the XT2, are you saving for a new Fuji X lens? I have a similar fund for the 10-24mm.

Super capture of your lens fund :)

@ukandie1 I got a kit lens (16-55) and now I also got a 35mm 2.0 one. So, the lens fund is for the "next" lens. But not sure if I want to go with another prime (portrait?) or the 18-135 mm zoom - seems like a nice "universal" one to have attached to the camera for the general purposes. I used to use my Tamron 16-300 on the Nikon 99% of the time.

Great capture and a really fun way to save for your next lens. Seems we can never have just one lens!

Long way to go! :)
I would dare to recommend 14mm https://www.fujifilm.eu/de/produkte/digitalkameras/model/fujinon-xf-14mm-f28-r
Mine 18-135 is dusted now. Even traveling, taking 35mm / 14mm and my new 58. Wide is great for landscapes and architecture. Of course less handy to carry and swap all the time, but quality talks.

@roulin Really? If you ever want to sell 18-135, let me know! I can offer a pile of "ones". Wrapped.

Haha a great shot of these festive dollar bills! It took a lot of work to individually wrap those I'm sure :)
