As the sun was setting, I didn't have a picture for the day. Suman came back from her friend's flat, so I dragged her into the garden for a few shots. She's a good fall-back option in desperate times...
I set my tripod low and positioned it to capture what was left of the sun this evening. In post processing I increased the brightness from the right and made the colours warmer to give it a slightly vintage feel. Suman was actually pleased with this photo; she even said "I like being your muse"!
Today's my 50th photo. I can't believe how quickly this is going. I spoke to my cousin earlier who works in Dubai, and he has been tracking my progress regularly and is impressed with my dedication. I think this project inspired him to purchase a D-SLR too - I'm still waiting for his project to begin though!
Semi-professional photographer based in Nottingham, England, I shoot mainly events and weddings. I'll be posting my work using my Fujis - X100S and X-Pro1.
